Part of national food security project in collaboration with Keshet Agritech Pte Ltd, using advanced Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). Designing, developing, manufacturing and construction of stainless steel, fully insulated, climate-controlled vertical greenhouses with advanced automated system operation including water purification and recycling systems, hydroponic and semi-hydroponic growing systems, energy efficient, artificial LED lighting systems, and AI integration for plant monitoring. Insulated environment for consistent, clean, chemical-free farming for year-round, premium quality, high yield production.

The 5-acre site in Singapore presented major construction challenges due to swampy terrain and unstable soil. Our team reinforced the ground and engineered stable foundations by implementing a soil reinforcement plan designed by geotechnical engineers, using multiple compacted layers of soil materials and substrates. We also managed septic system installation, sewage connections, electrical infrastructure, and concrete slab work. In addition, we assisted with site development planning, permitting, and environmental compliance to ensure full project approval and execution.
Our team is leading a large-scale initiative in the western United States, transforming arid desert terrain into high-value farmland. The project focuses on long-term land regeneration through strategic planning, soil improvement, and climate-adapted species selection. The work involves strategic land assessment and site planning followed by soil rehabilitation, restoring soil health and water retention capacity. Next phase involves building essential infrastructure; access roads, water storage systems, deep wells, water distribution networks, and electrical infrastructure enabling phased agricultural and ecological growth.
The insulated panel technology was developed by our multinational industrial design team, in collaboration with selected European partners. High-quality steel skins and frames are produced in Hungary, combined with advanced foaming processes in Germany, tailored to each project’s specifications. This approach delivers panels with exceptional insulation, durability, and fire resistance, adaptable to a wide range of applications. The technology was first deployed in Singapore and is positioned for global use across greenhouses, infrastructure, and other advanced building systems.
Our team designed, constructed and operated a dedicated agricultural R&D facility testing advanced growing technologies. The facility enabled controlled experimentation across multiple areas of plant science; irrigation efficiency, precision nutrient delivery, soil moisture monitoring, oxygen uptake studies to improve root development, analyzing effects of multiple light spectrums on plant performance, evaluating alternative, chemical-free pest and virus control methods such as ozone treatment, ion-enhanced irrigation and on-demand fertilizer dosing system to adjusts nutrient combinations based on real-time plant needs.
